4. Lilian started an acting career in the 1980s.

5. She created, produced and starred in the SABC2 sitcom Skwizas.

6. She is a cancer survivor and have been diagnosed since 2007.

7. She also established a casting company, Lillian Dube Casting Agency in Johannesburg.
