1. Trevor Noah was born in Johannesburg on 1984.

2. Noah’s mother, Patricia Nombuyiselo Noah, is South African Xhosa, and his father Robert is a white native of Switzerland.

3. He speaks several languages including English, German, Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho, and Afrikaans.

4. Noah had a starring role on the South African soap opera Isidingo in 2002 when he was 18.

5. He was hosting his own radio show “Noah’s Ark” on Gauteng’s leading youth radio station, YFM.
