Albeit he did not school until matric level, South African Rapper, Cassper Nyovest, seems to value education to an extend that he can donate to help the poor further their tertiary qualifications.
Cassper has today pledged R50 000 to the Wits University’s Students Representative Council (SRC).
He responded to the call by the students’ council to raise R10 million rand to help finance the debts of other students.
Cassper said he accepted Ifani’s challenge to match his R50 000 going towards helping students at Wits University with #Access campaign.
The students at Wits last year successfully protested against the fees hike for this 2016 academic year, which was later supported by other institutions of higher learning.
