Khaya Mthethwa & The Uprising to drop ‘The Dawn’ double-disc album

Khaya Mthethwa and The Uprising are just days away from dropping their brand new album, “The Dawn”, and it looks like they just couldn’t wait any longer to share more news about their music.

The 28-year-old Idols SA 2012 winner took to Twitter to give fans some deets on the upcoming record.

The full 33 -track double-disc album was recorded live and sets to be released on Friday, June 24.

The Dawn also features collaborations with Neville D, Ntokozo Mbambo, Xoli Mncwango, Nqubeko Mbatha and Lebohang Kgapola.

The Dawn is available for pre-order on iTunes.
