This time Tim and Fuzz are in south Hampshire to steal away a Golf that’s distinctly below par. A 1982 Mk1 GTI that belongs to trainee building surveyor James, a man who has been suffering from a debilitating headache for the last decade. He’s too ill to rebuild his beloved car so his family’s hoping that the boys will be able to breathe new life into this 80s icon, and put some wind back in his sails. But all those years in a damp garage haven’t been kind to the GTI, and when Tim and Fuzz get to work they find that hot-hatch is a bit of a damp squib. But that’s not the only problem; purest Fuzz and ex-boy racer Tim have very different ideas of how the finished car should look. If they don’t settle their differences will they ever get the car finished in time?
