Tjovitjo dancers

The final episode of Tjovitjo is almost here. Are you tuning in?

Here’s the episode synopsis: It is serious rehearsals time for both the Vandals and Ama-Tjovitjo as they prepare to battle for the R20 000 prize tag on offer. Mzansi viewers will experience high-class pantsula dancing styles like they have never witnessed before as the two warring dancing groups bring their A game on and turn the township’s dusty dancing square into a real battle-ground.

The episode is jam-packed with end-to-end action with amongst others the following topical social issues highlighted as themes: unsafe abortion, the zama-zama occurrence, and physical abuse.

The series promises to end as it begun – on a very high note! Mandisa makes a discovery that leaves her completely stunned and Mafred gets news that leaves him deeply disturbed. How will the two recover from their challenging situations?

Veteran actor Tony Kgoroge and his group will bring the curtains down with their rendition of a catchy Afro beat sound titled – Shapa Mang.

Sane Zondi, SABC 1 Acting Programmes Manager comments – “The channel’s management would like to take this opportunity at the close of a very eventful year to thank our viewers for their continued support. We promise to bring back their favourite series in the New Year with even more compelling Mzansi stories to tell.”

Don’t forget – Tjovitjo finale airs TONIGHT,  November 12 @ 8PM on SABC1.
